WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (MAY 27, 2008) – Tish Vilar, a sales associate for Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate in Winston-Salem, has completed a luxury home marketing training course by noted expert Laura Duggan.

The course – which covered such topics as demographics of the affluent, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities desired in luxury homes and creating a marketing plan for multimillion dollar properties – was taught by Laurie Moore-Moore, president of the Dallas-based Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and author of the book, Rich Buyer, Rich Seller! The Real Estate Agents' Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes.

Vilar is earning a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) certification, a designation that The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing awards internationally to sales professionals who meet performance standards in the upper-tier residential market.  Vilar is an award-winning sales associate who has been in real estate since 2002 and specializes in the Winston-Salem Triad market.  She joined Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate in March of 2008.
