A native of New England, Grace spent her childhood in two of the most beautiful cities in Italy-Rome and Naples. Later as an adult, she was fortunate to return to that country and reside in Venice over a period of several school semesters. Since 1969, she has called Winston-Salem home. As with many transplanted folks, Grace celebrates all that the city has to offer and more.

Over the years, she has been a volunteer with many worthwhile organizations including Wake Forest U. Club, Creative Dramatics in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System, Piedmont Craftsmen Association, Southeastern Center for Contemporary Arts, and, more recently, a YWCA Board Member 1993-1999,  a member of the NCSA Giannini Society-1998 to present, and a volunteer for the Downtown Loft Tour in the Spring of 2005. A great supporter the community's endeavors in the arts, she enjoys many forays downtown or nearby, be it the Stevens Center, the Arts District, or the NC School of the Arts.

Licensed since 1973, Grace Andronica provides a superior level of real estate services while displaying the height of professional demeanor and integrity toward her clients and customers. A former school teacher and an individual with a design background, she is very detailed oriented, and the results show in the dedication, creativity, assistance in the process of decision making when helping clients purchase a home or market an existing dwelling.  

In her many years as a real estate professional, she has been a consistent multi million dollar producer. She holds the following designations :GRI, CRS; and from her former company, the Certified Marketing Assistance Specialist, Destination Services Specialist, top 5% of  the company's real estate agents nationwide, and E-Certification.

Grace takes great pride in her commitment to the real estate profession, her community, and in her dedication to the people with whom she has worked and is currently assisting.
