Greg's real estate career began in 1993 when he was licensed as a broker by the state of North Carolina and since that time he has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers make good real estate decisions.  Greg's focus on quality, personal service leads to a great deal of repeat and referral business from former clients when they have family and friends with real estate needs in the Winston-Salem area.

Greg is a graduate of Virginia Tech and resident of the West End Historic District.  He and wife Tory live in an 1893 Queen Anne Victorian home that they totally restored.    

As a founding partner and President of Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate, Greg knows the lay of the land and workings of his city like few others.  As a lifelong resident of Winston-Salem he loves to share his local knowledge with newcomers and make sure they are aware of the many resources, opportunities and quirks of the area so they can enjoy the full beauty of their new home town.
