A seasoned veteran of 25 years, Victoria began her career as an on-site, new construction sales specialist and acquired important skills in business, seller accountability, acquiring the knowledge to create, interpret and implement marketing strategies, record and utilize collected statistical data, and train other sales associates with her mentoring. While she continues to represent new construction, she has positioned herself to acquire buyers and sellers in the full spectrum of residential sales and marketing.  

Her professional affiliations include past Director Home Builder's Association of Winston Salem, Broker, member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors and has earned the  Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) designations.  Victoria has maintained a leadership position in sales for the Winston Salem market and is in the top 5% of sales associates in Winston Salem.
